
I offer highly personal cooking classes adapted to your own countryor location.
Through my long cooking and filming journeys around the world, I can introduce
you to the basics and the history of both French and Tuscan cuisine.
Usually my cooking workshops take place at weekends. We gather around a big
specially adapted kitchen where a maximum of 10 people can learn and cook
for four hours each day. At the end of the day we all taste the prepared dishes,
and by the end of the weekend everyone leaves with a full stomach and a full recipe
notebook! Each day covers 4 recipes ( 8 to 9 recipes for the whole weekend).
