I was born and educated in Normandy in France and i've lived 30 years in Paris, punctuated by many overseas travels. I am now based in Normandy but frequently overseas.

Cook, filmmaker, writer, teacher, I lived for several years between
Australia and Italy.  However I often travel all over the globe to share
my passion for the cuisine of my home country.
Usually my cooking classes are organized during weekends but I am totally open to different proposals.

In addition to the cooking workshops I also cater for private functions, as I did for example with "Philippe¹s Feast" - an amazing five course "game" dinner in the heart of the Australian bush!  As you can see I am not afraid of wild adventures ­ so let your imagination loose.  The only limitations will be the availability of ingredients..
